Open Studio: Art Making for All, is an all-ages art-making space thematically tied to current exhibits at the National Museum of Wildlife Art (NMWA) including KIDS COLLECT and Invisible Boundaries: Exploring Yellowstone’s Great Migrations. Four activity/art-making stations will be set up in the Wapiti Gallery where KIDS COLLECT and High School Studio Project installations are exhibited but Open Studio will fill the central space. Among our interpretive goals at NMWA is to encourage artistic creation and unique ways of interacting with current exhibits. To accomplish this, all of the stations are set up and intended to dovetail beautifully with the Museum’s offerings.
