ARTS FOR ALL GRANT PROGRAM GENERAL GUIDELINES

If you would like to apply for Arts for All support in 2023, please review these guidelines carefully. If you received a grant for FY 2022-2023, you must report your exact use of funds with your grant application.

DEADLINE FOR ALL APPLICATIONS & REPORTS 

Applications MUST be submitted by 5:00 pm on OCTOBER 1, 2023. Late or incomplete applications will NOT be considered. All applicants must complete a Project Budget from the template link in the application or attach a project budget that is similar in format.

Please note: submission of your application will be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email please call us 307-734-9026.

Awards will be announced by October 30, 2023.

Funds must be used entirely by June 30, 2024.

Grant reports must be submitted by July 30, 2024 via this Google Form.

ELIGIBILITY 

  • Organizations must have a 501(c)(3) designation and serve residents in Teton County, WY.

  • Arts for All will consider requests from individual artists who have a fiscal sponsor that has current 501c3 status. The Fiscal Sponsor Form can be DOWNLOADED HERE.

  • No support will be provided to organizations already receiving support from other Town and County funds.

FUNDING CRITERIA 

  1. Funding must be used between January 2024 and June 30, 2024.

  2. A minimum 1:1 cash match for all funds is required for all grants.

  3. Requests must not exceed $3,000.

  4. Arts for All funding can be used for projects and operational support.

  5. Consideration will favor projects that: 

  • Help to address gaps in existing arts programs 

  • Help to broaden public access to the arts 

  • Demonstrate a clear and important community benefit 

  • Reach a broad spectrum of people 

  1. Applicants must demonstrate: 

  • Evidence of organizational capability and strategy to carry out project 

  • A realistic budget 

FUNDING CATEGORIES Arts for All include three funding priorities for 2024:

  1. Arts Education Projects that provide arts education experiences to Teton County residents of all ages

  2. Producing and Presenting Projects that increase access to the arts to the public including performing, visual, and literary art 

  3. Individual Artist in the Community The purpose of the Individual Artist in the Community category is to encourage local artists or artist collaborations to undertake projects that have strong community benefits. This program recognizes that individual artists, in addition to arts organizations, play a vital role in the creation and enhancement of an active and diverse cultural community life. At least one participating Artist in a project must be a resident of Teton County, Wyoming. All artistic disciplines are eligible to apply. 

  4. Operating Support Organizations may apply for operating support.
