The Art Association’s Creating Hand-in-Hand Outreach program will serve senior citizens with high-quality art education, therapy, and experiences. They reach this important demographic in our community through partnerships with Legacy Lodge, St. John’s Living Center, and the Senior Center of Jackson Hole. Art education has a multitude of health benefits for seniors, including promoting social connectivity, reducing isolation and depression, strengthening memory and more. Arts for All funding will sustain this program and support its strategic growth, including the recent hire of a dedicated Creating Hand-in-Hand Outreach Faculty Member.
